One-Off Service – £230
A single service visit, ideal for booking as and when it suits you. Our engineers will carry out a full inspection and service of your system.
If you have multiple assets on site, additional charges may apply.
Three-Year Service Agreement – £600
Our three-year service agreement covers three services for a one-off payment of just £600 to provide complete peace of mind. That’s a saving of £90 against arranging each service individually, as well as:
- Priority engineer call-out times
- A free fob or remote control on sign-up
- 10% off parts needed for any remedial work prescribed.

What’s Included in Our Preventative Maintenance Service?
We offer a comprehensive service for all of our systems which we recommend be carried out regularly. This includes:
- Inspection of all hydraulics, to include oil changes where necessary
- Examination of wiring, including any necessary reconnections
- Inspection and tightening of gate racking as needed
- Testing of all safety devices including photocells, safety induction loops, safety edges, etc.
- Testing of all control devices including intercoms, keypads, push switches, transmitters, etc.
- Cleaning and testing for all electromechanical and magnetic locks
- Cleaning of drive units
- Cleaning of electronic control panel circuit boards and tests for control panel operating logic
- Greasing of all working parts
- Completion of an engineer’s worksheet after the service
